Enter your total wedding budget, your guest count and a priority profile, and the budget is split across eight categories — venue, catering, photography, attire, flowers, invitations, entertainment and a misc fund. Add an optional reserve and set a currency. Figures are approximate estimates, not a quote, and not legal, financial or tax advice. All processing runs locally in your browser; nothing is uploaded.

How to Use the Wedding Budget Allocator
Enter your total budget and guest count, choose the priority profile that matches your wedding, and press Allocate to see how much goes to each category. Every share is a percentage of what you plan to spend, not a price from any vendor.
What to enter
Total budget is the full amount you plan to spend, in your chosen currency.
Guests is used only for the per-guest reference figure; leave it at zero to skip that line.
Priority profile shifts the shares — for example, venue focused gives more to the venue and less to everything else.
Reserve is the share you set aside for surprises; it is held back before the categories are filled.
How the split is built
The reserve is taken off the top, the rest is divided by the profile shares, and the category amounts add back up to exactly your budget. The shares always sum to 100%.
Keep it in perspective
Every region, season and vendor prices differently. Use this tool to decide roughly where your money should go, then get written quotes and compare them before you commit.
