How to Use the Wedding Place Card Printer
Type or paste one guest per line and the cards are drawn as you type. Separate the name from the table with a pipe character, then print the sheets and cut the cards apart.
What to enter
Name is the guest name shown large in the centre of the card; a line with no name and no table is skipped.
Table or seat is shown small under the name, so guests can find their place.
Cards per page sets how many cards fit on one sheet and how many columns the grid uses.
Print the cards
Press Print / Save as PDF to open your browser's print dialog. The form, buttons and page furniture are hidden automatically, each sheet breaks on a card boundary, and you can print to paper or save as a PDF.
Adjust the layout
Choose a smaller number of cards per page for larger writing, or a larger number to fit more guests on each sheet. The grid always keeps whole cards, so no card is split across two pages.
